The HVACR industry is constantly evolving, and the same is true for eLearning technologies. eLearning has come a long way since its early days, and today’s learners demand interactive, multimedia-rich content that can be accessed through a variety of devices and platforms.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has already made its mark on eLearning, and the trend will only continue in the coming years. Despite their similar names, augmented reality is different from virtual reality in that AR modifies the current surroundings, while VR creates a new virtual environment altogether.

Mobile learning allows learners to access content on the go, using their smartphones or tablets.
